No additional operations are required to reduce nipple projection by longitudinal excision using the circular - flap nipple reduction technique described in this study, and a normal nipple projection can be achieved using the tissue below the flap.

Placing a purse - string suture at the base reduced the diameter of the nipple base, reducing the nipple diameter to the desired value. The base diameter of the nipple was reduced to 0.4 cm, which meets male nipples ' general aesthetic satisfaction.
